Repairs & Resizing Policy – Silver Rose Jewellery

At Silver Rose Jewellery, I create each piece by hand with care, using recycled sterling silver and vintage silverware. I want your jewellery to be cherished for years to come — and sometimes that means giving it a little extra care along the way.

1. Workmanship Guarantee

All pieces come with a 6-month workmanship guarantee from the date of purchase.
If something isn’t quite right due to a fault in materials or craftsmanship, please get in touch and I’ll repair or replace the item free of charge.

This guarantee doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse — but I’m always happy to help with affordable repair options if that happens.

2. Complimentary Minor Adjustments

For small adjustments such as:

I offer one complimentary adjustment within the first three months of purchase (excluding postage).
Please email me before returning your item so I can confirm details and timing.

3. Repairs After Six Months

If your jewellery needs care after the guarantee period, I offer a repair and refresh service.

4. How to Arrange a Repair

To book a repair or resizing:

  2. Please include clear photos so I can assess the piece remotely.

  3. I’ll reply with an estimated cost, timeframe, and return instructions.

5. Resizing Vintage or Spoon Rings

Because many Silver Rose designs are made from sterling silver vintage silverware, resizing options can vary depending on the age, pattern, and thickness of the metal.
Some spoon rings can be adjusted slightly, while others may need to be remade.
I’ll always advise the best and safest option for your piece before starting any work.

6. Care After Repair

Once repaired or resized, your jewellery will be professionally cleaned, polished, and carefully packaged before being returned to you.
You’ll also receive updated care instructions to help preserve the piece’s finish and strength.
