Silver Rose Jewellery is a small-batch, handmade jewellery studio based in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. Each piece is individually crafted using recycled sterling silver and vintage cutlery.

2. Handmade Nature of Products
Each piece of jewellery is handmade and may vary slightly in texture, tone, or pattern from photographs shown online. These variations are part of what makes every item unique and not considered faults.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Shipping and Delivery
- Australia: Free standard delivery on all orders. Express options available at checkout.

5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your jewellery.
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
- Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unworn and in original packaging.
- Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Custom and Commissioned Work
Custom-made pieces are crafted to your specifications and require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
7. Care and Repairs
To keep your jewellery beautiful:
- Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and chlorinated water.
- Store in a dry, soft pouch when not in use.
- We offer a 6-month workmanship guarantee. After this period, repairs may incur a small fee.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Silver Rose Jewellery and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Privacy and Data
